These Terms govern your use of Flammingo, developed and maintained by an independent developer.

1. License and Use

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal or professional purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, resell, or create derivative works of the App. You may not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with its operation or other users’ access.

2. No Medical or Professional Advice

The App is not therapy, medical, or professional advice. It is designed for emotional reflection and self-growth. If you are in crisis, experiencing severe distress, or considering self-harm, seek immediate help from qualified professionals or call your local emergency number.

In India, call the national Tele MANAS mental health support line at 1-800-891-4416 for free, confidential support. If you are outside India, contact your local emergency number.

3. Accounts and Data

  • Some features may require an account or optional information (for example, email or journal entries).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • For how your data is collected, stored, and used, please review the Privacy Policy.
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@heyflammingo.com.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including code, design, features, and content, remain with the developer. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, notifications), OneSignal or Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), and AI providers (for reflections and insights). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, access other accounts, or misuse the App.
  • Do not automate, scrape, or mass-extract any part of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, emotional harm, or service interruptions arising from or related to your use of the App.

8. Changes

Features may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India, and disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
