Aduasth Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Flammingo mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information, including personal information, in conjunction with your access to and use of the Flammingo App.

This policy is compliant with the Google Play Store and Apple App Store guidelines, as well as applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) of India.

1. Information We Collect​

We collect information in three categories:

1.1 Information You Give Us

​

  • Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, age, and password (encrypted).

  • Conversational Data: The text inputs, voice transcripts, and emotional context you share with the Flammingo AI. This is the core data used to build your personal insight summary.

  • User Feedback: Ratings, survey responses, or direct feedback provided to our support team.

1.2 Information Automatically Collected

  • Usage Data: We collect data about your interactions with the App, such as the features you use, the duration of use, and crash logs.

  • Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the App, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers (like IMEI or Android ID), and mobile network information.

  • Location Data: We do not collect precise GPS location. We may infer general location (City/Country) based on IP address for analytics and localization purposes.

1.3 Analytics & Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to improve our app performance and stability. These services may collect information sent by your device:

  • Google Analytics for Firebase: To understand user behavior and app usage patterns.

  • Firebase Crashlytics: To collect crash reports and fix stability issues

2. How We Use Your Data

​

We use the collected data for the following specific purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To generate AI responses, detect emotional patterns, and populate your personal knowledge graph.

  • Personalization: To tailor the AI's "Orchestrator Agent" to your specific emotional needs and history.

  • App Improvement: To analyze usage trends and crash logs to fix bugs and improve app stability.

  • Communication: To send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.

  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

 

3. AI Processing & Data Usage

Flammingo utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (LLMs) to function.

  • Processing: Your conversational data is processed by our secure cloud infrastructure to generate responses.

  • Training: We may use anonymized and aggregated data to refine our conversation flow and pattern detection models. Your personally identifiable conversations are NOT used to train public foundation models without your explicit consent.

  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal conversational data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

 

4. App Permissions

The Flammingo App may request the following permissions:

  • Internet: Required to communicate with our secure servers for AI processing and data sync.

  • Notifications: To send you daily check-in reminders or alerts about detected patterns. You can disable this in settings.

  • Microphone (Optional): Required only if you choose to use voice-to-text features for chatting.

 

5. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Retention: We retain your personal information and conversational history for as long as your account is active to provide the longitudinal memory feature.

  • Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. This can be done directly within the App settings under "Account > Delete Account" or by emailing support. Once deleted, your data is removed from our active servers immediately and from backups within 30 days.

 

6. Security

We take the security of your data seriously. We use industry-standard protocols including:

  • Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL.

  • Encryption at Rest: Your sensitive conversational data is stored in encrypted databases.

  • Access Control: Strict access controls limit internal access to your data only to employees who need it to provide the service.

 

7. Children's Privacy

Flammingo is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.
